The Lab

Located within the wider Laboratory of Mechanics of the Department of Industrial Engineering, and headed by Prof. Carricato, our Lab host students and researchers who are interested in pursuing their studies in the field of robotics and mechatronics.

We hold lectures at both Bachelor and Master level to students enrolled in mechanical, mechatronics, or automation engineering. Besides classes, we offer challenging and captivating thesis projects to engineering students eager to work on our research topics or with our industrial partners.

Our research is strongly industry-oriented. Regular partnerships with well-established companies in our territory are proof of that. We also take part in local and international projects at both academic and industrial levels.
